Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Monday to Sheets add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the add-on.

Description of Service

Monday to Sheets is a paid Google Workspace add-on that syncs your monday.com data to Google Sheets. Features vary by subscription tier and include:

• One-way sync from monday.com boards, items, and columns into Google Sheets
• Automatic scheduled syncs (Pro and Business plans)
• Support for all monday.com column types including status, people, timeline, formula, mirror, and dependency columns
• Column ID-based mapping that survives monday.com column renames
• Two-way sync and live sync (Business plan)

Requirements

• You must have a valid monday.com account with access to the boards you wish to sync
• You must have a Google account with access to Google Sheets
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your monday.com API token and Google credentials
• You agree to use the add-on in compliance with all applicable laws, monday.com's terms of service, and Google's terms of service

monday.com API Usage

The add-on communicates with monday.com's GraphQL API using your authorized API token. You are responsible for ensuring your monday.com account has sufficient API complexity limits for your usage. The add-on respects monday.com's complexity-based rate limits and will pace requests automatically.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the add-on
• Share your subscription with users outside your organization
• Use the service to transmit malicious code or interfere with the service

Disclaimer

The add-on is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all monday.com or Google Sheets features.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UpSys or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the add-on, including but not limited to data loss or sync errors.

Subscription Plans

Monday to Sheets offers three subscription tiers: Starter, Pro, and Business. Each tier includes different features and sync limits. Detailed plan information is available on our pricing page.

• Starter ($9/mo): Manual sync for up to 3 boards
• Pro ($19/mo): Unlimited boards, scheduled syncs every 3 hours, priority support
• Business ($39/mo): All Pro features plus two-way sync, live sync, and admin controls

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

We use Stripe Managed Payments, which means Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your subscription. Tax is calculated automatically based on your location.

Billing Cycles

• Monthly: Billed on the same date each month
• Yearly: Billed annually with a discount (save 2 months)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your syncs will stop running after the subscription expires
• Your data in Google Sheets remains yours and is not deleted
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at team@upsys-consulting.com.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Authentication

We support two authentication methods: monday.com OAuth 2.0 and API token entry. Your monday.com credentials are never seen or stored by us. Authentication tokens are stored securely in Google's PropertiesService (your personal Google account storage) and are only used to communicate with monday.com's API.

monday.com OAuth Scopes

When using OAuth authentication, the add-on requests the following monday.com scopes:

• boards:read - Read board data, items, columns, groups, and views from your account
• boards:write - Write back to boards when two-way sync is enabled (Business plan)
• updates:read - Read item updates and activity for sync purposes
• me:read - Read your user profile to identify your account

The add-on only requests write access on the Business plan when two-way sync is enabled. On Starter and Pro plans, only read access is requested.

What Data We Access

The add-on accesses the following data from your monday.com account:

• Items: Item data from the boards and groups you choose to sync
• Columns: Column definitions (titles, types, IDs) for field mapping
• Boards: Board and group structure so you can browse and select sync sources
• Users: User names for people column rendering
• Groups: Group names and structure for grouping items in your sheet

Data flows directly from monday.com to your Google Sheet. We never store your monday.com data on our servers.

What We Store

• Sync Configuration: Your selected boards, groups, views, and sync settings
• API Tokens: Encrypted monday.com authentication tokens
• Subscription Status: Your plan tier and subscription ID for feature access

All configuration data is stored in Google's PropertiesService, associated with your Google account and spreadsheet.

Google Workspace Permissions

The add-on requests the following Google permissions:

• Spreadsheet Access: Read and write to spreadsheets where you install the add-on
• External Service: Connect to monday.com's API to fetch your data
• Script Properties: Store your sync configuration and preferences
• Triggers: Run scheduled syncs in the background

Third-Party Services

Monday to Sheets integrates with:

• monday.com: Your use of monday.com is subject to monday.com's Privacy Policy
• Google Workspace: The add-on runs within Google's infrastructure, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy

UpSys is not affiliated with monday.com Ltd.

Website Analytics

Our marketing website uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. The Google Sheets add-on itself does not include any analytics or tracking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, privacy policy, and billing terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the add-on after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
